AI Blockchain Startup
An AI-enabled virtual-reality marketplace built on Ethereum and blockchain infrastructure. Farabi co-founded and led the startup before resigning in 2018 to pursue consultancy and authorship.

An AI-enabled marketplace on Ethereum
The startup combined artificial intelligence, virtual reality and Ethereum-based blockchain infrastructure in a marketplace intended to connect immersive-content creators with organisations and audiences. The proposition explored content discovery, encrypted identity, distributed rights, payments and collaboration.
As co-founder and CEO, Farabi led the public proposition, technology narrative and international presentation of the venture. Its work also connected with a 2017–18 Imperial Clinical Research and Innovation project on active and passive VR, artificial intelligence and neurological response.
A new chapter in 2018
Farabi resigned from the startup in 2018 to pursue his own career goals in consultancy and authorship. That decision opened a new chapter in his work, bringing together technology strategy, research, storytelling and independent creative production.
Inside the startup
The 2017–18 archive captures Farabi building an AI GPU server, developing the marketplace and creating the product animation that brought its encrypted, decentralised identity and creator ecosystem to life.
The images show a founder working across infrastructure, product development and animation, turning ambitious technology into a proposition people could see and understand.

Part of a wider industry conversation
The Next Web identified Farabi as the startup’s co-founder and CEO and featured his writing about inside-out tracking and the future of natural, untethered VR.
Together, the coverage placed the startup and Farabi’s thinking within a wider international conversation about virtual reality, blockchain and the next generation of digital experiences.
Independent company record
Crunchbase describes the startup as a London-based decentralised hybrid VR content-distribution platform founded in February 2017. Its company profile places the venture across virtual reality, augmented reality, blockchain, media and entertainment.
The supplied Crunchbase record reports $567.5K in total funding, including a $450K seed round in March 2018. These historic figures are presented as Crunchbase-recorded company data rather than as current operating metrics.
Speaking at London Tech Week
Farabi attended London Tech Week in 2017 and returned as a speaker in 2018, representing the startup during the Blockchain 360 discussion. The accompanying photograph records him speaking on the panel about how blockchain could transform enterprise and digital products.
He also spoke at other blockchain conferences during 2018, taking the startup’s AI, Ethereum, virtual-reality and creator-marketplace proposition into wider industry conversations.
